As of 2026-10-22. The current edition is the 2026 Criteria (20th anniversary edition). Enterprise says 29 states and several cities require or incentivise the criteria for publicly funded housing. Publication dates differ between Enterprise's pages (January and February 2026). Fees and any person credential were not found. Which trades a project touches is our reading, not an issuer statement.
