OSHA 10/30-Hour
OSHA Outreach Training Program (10-Hour and 30-Hour Courses)
Administered by OSHA, part of the U.S. Department of Labor, the Outreach Training Program delivers basic safety and health awareness training across four sectors: Construction, General Industry, Maritime, and Disaster Site work. Classes are taught by OSHA-authorized (not certified) trainers in the classroom or online, and students receive an OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour completion card. The program is voluntary, and none of its courses is considered a certification or license. Outreach training does not fulfill the training requirements found in specific OSHA standards, so employers remain responsible for providing additional hazard-specific training to their workers.
